Information: On receipt of your voucher inquiry as well as the payment (by means of bank credit transfer or by information of your credit card number with expiry date) we provide your quite personal voucher. If wished differently from you, we do not send to you this in form .pdf-files by e mail. Importantly! Only the original voucher has validation! In loss case, we pray to contact us, then we issue a duplicate. The voucher is not transferable!
